Job Summary

Establish guidelines for the operation, maintenance, engineering designand technical process for the BPA plant and related agencies to monitor,evaluate, improve the production process. To make the process run more efficiently, reduce production costs, secure, consistent with the environmental management plan and intent of quality policy.

Job Description

1. Record and analyze conditions and performance of production units and equipmentused in the manufacturing process. Including preparing performance reports comparing actual production unit to target.

2. Follow the suggestions and problems solving that arise in the process and report to the Technical Manager.

3. Establish guidelines for the operation and improvement of the operation to date and to suit the conditions of the machine. To make the process run more efficiently, Reduce production costs, Reduce the environmental impact and safety.

4. Analyzed data from the design Data, the reactor Information and Specified incontracts. Calculations and analyze the results for improvement or configured to control the process.

10. Support the operation such as process training for operators.

Education

Degree - Bachelor / Master Field - Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology

Experience

Minimum Year - 2 years Experience in - Petroleum, Petrochemical, Chemical, R&D, Process Technology
