Job Summary

Establish guidelines for the operation, maintenance to monitor, evaluate, improve the production process to maintain and sustain the plant operation well and efficient, reduce production costs, secure, compliance with the environmental management and intent of quality policies and specifications.

Provide support of engineering design and technical/process informationof Olefins Plant 4 for internal and/or external project executions whichrelated to Olefins 4

Job Description

1. Govern, new Process Digital Technology and SMART Plant Roadmap including Process Digital Technology Selection and Evaluation. 2. Govern process control best practices, standards and guidelines. 3. Govern, develop and coach and support process control engineer/process control specialist competency development program 4. Develop and configure non-linear control model for Polymer and specialty business in order to maintain process safeguarding,reliability and products quality, optimize utilities consumption and maximize high value products 5. Responsible for SMART plant implementation by seeking, developing and configuring new digital control model on advance process control (APC) and real time close loop optimizer (RTO) 6. Content owner and instructor to upskill new control model to operators and maintenance team 7. Develop and configure integrated process control model and side-wide optimizations across plants/Bus 8. New Projects support - PCE Design, Configuration and Execution 9. Recruit and develop new Process Control Engineer. Maintain team work,attitude (both working and personal), to make them to be highly motivated people, which will be the valuable asset for Company. 10. Promote knowledge sharing culture for Process control knowledge sharing process digital technology, smart plant implementation within GC and PTT group. 11. Plan, prepare and manage budget, both OPEX and CAPEX for Process Control and Intelligent Technology Department
