Job Summary

Associate with technical engineers and act as an assistant of technicalmanager for highly competent jobs delivery and entire completeness to interpret plant operating data, summarize technical report of plant performance and provide other documents necessarily to respond other jobs such as benefit improvement, operating cost reduction, energy conservation, environmental impact control, operation trouble-shooting, etc. Job scope includes technical engineer jobsand also covers other wider scope as minimum of -

1) Clarify technical issue at no conflict before bringing for technical manager’s decision

2) Optimize various parameters of EO catalyst usage

3) Assist technical manager to coach technical engineers

4) Representative of technical team in data support for various jobs and meetings with personnels of operation, plant asset, maintenance, logistics, production planning, marketing, accounting, business development

5) Reduce day-to-day plant trouble-shooting

6) Monitor effectiveness of plant and major equipments operation in boundary of improvable with chemical engineering know-how

7) Solve reasonable cause to reduce concerned pollutant emission

8) Provide technical refreshment training program

9) Preliminarily set and screen area’s KPI targets, etc. Work in assigned projects and task force committees. Acts on implemented stanadard procedures strictly comply with Management System for Quality, Heath, Environment and Safety including other regulations requiredby Technology License, including jobs related with plant reliability. Those jobs are occasionally assigned in particular issue or relocated works for either EOEG or EA or other business of EO Based VC upon assignment. Additionally, dutyto perform government energy report, waste water control and air pollution control are subjected to particular assignment from technical manager. Job purpose also requires self-motivation of job holder with minimum supervision of planttechnical manager.

Degree : minimum graduation in Bachelor degree Field Chemical Engineering
License : -

Experience

Minimum Year : 5 years’ graduated of master degree or 7 years’ bachelor degree - Experience in Chemical Production, Petrochemical Plant or Refinery Plant.
