Plant Reliability Engineer

Work Location:  Rayong
  1. Develop plant reliability strategy goal and target to ensure plant reliability and optimization of operational and maintenance cost.
  2. Establishing the reliability processes and vision for the reliability program , reliability culture at PTTGC site.
  3. Ensuring the capture and analysis of maintenance data and equipment work histories to provide recommendations to the maintenance function and production.
  4. Reviewing and analyzing data from the operator routes for information on reliability improvement issues.
  5. Leading Root Cause Failure Analysis efforts for jobs triggered by documented procedures or at the request of engineers or maintenance.
  6. Leading the review of equipment "bad actors" creating action plans for increasing reliability and monitoring performance vs. those plans.
  7. To be a leader for reliability implementation and maintain reliability site system such as.
    - Reliability reporting ,Reliability KPI and Reliability benchmark.
    - Leading cross-functional group in RRM implementation i.e. RBI , RCM and SIL-Coordinate systematic reliability issue assessment in PTTGC plants such Asset Integrity Assessment (AIA), OEMS - Maturity Assessment
  8. Providing technical support, guidance, specific procedure ,program and method to identified reliability improvements through operating and maintenance disciplines improvements such reliability improvement initiative, Reliability Improvement Team (RIT) approach, proactive maintenance program and modern maintenance technology.
  9. Identifying and bringing into the plant the most recent, cost effective methods to manage and measure reliability performance as needed.
