Job Summary

To ensure the accomplishment of all mechanical activities in operation plant in term of Maintenance execution and standard practice. On-site support to sustain or return equipment to current performance standards.

Job Description

1. Execute maintenance plan for all related equipment.

2. Support Supervisor to review consolidation and standardization of tools, parts, equipment and system to ensure quality standards and compliance with maintenance policies, standards and procedures.

3. Support Supervisor to improvement and optimization of machinery, tools, parts and equipment to ensure highest performance and reliability of equipment.

4. Support Supervisor to manage and ensure the asset always compliance with prescribed regulation, legal, Operational Excellence Management System, Process Safety Management and standard.

5. Support Supervisor to execute maintenance recommended practice from various sites to ensure and create maintenance best practice alignment.

6. Support Supervisor to review on necessary spare parts required, BOM changes or creation for new/modified equipment installations.

7. Support Supervisor for execution as package leader in normal maintenance, major turnaround or shutdown to ensure the effective of maintenance quality assurance and quality control.

Education

High Vocational Certificate in Mechanical or related field.

Experience

Minimum Year - At least 3 years experiences in Maintenance in petrochemical plant.
