Job Summary
1. Conduct sales and services activities including develop and maintainrelationship with customers / traders / distributor’s of Propylene oxideBusiness Chain in compliance with PTTGC group business strategies so asto achieve business target.
2. Support Product Sales and Marketing division manager to create networkwith the industry to provide maximum exposure to the market and drive growth opportunity for all existing and new products in Propylene oxide Business Chain as well as develop marketing and sales strategies and plan ofexisting and new capacity to enhance positioning and profitability.
Job Description
1. Implement sales processes including negotiate with customers / traders / distributors and prepare sales contract subject to review by Product Sales and Marketing Division Manager and Legal.
2. Implement sales contract comply with sales processes of Propylene oxide business Products i.e. demand forecasting (daily, monthly and quarterly basis), order placement, delivery plan, etc. liaise with customers /traders/ distributors to ensure smooth sales operations complying with customers / traders / distributor’s requirements.
3. Coordinate with Production Planning and Logistics teams to ensure product availability, readiness of sales document and delivery capability meeting with customers / traders / distributor’s requirements.
4. Support division manager to create marketing network between business unit and related industries they serve by participating in trade events/ technical seminar and joint visit customers to understand the market.
5. Conduct market study / survey to seeking for new market opportunity/trends.
6. Maintain marketing database and prepare report to support marketing and sales strategies preparation and execution
7. Work with internal and external related parties to gain end-use application knowledge of each product to create detail of application profile and understand trends of alternative technology for each application.
8. Monitor product price and cost movement, report and alert to related parties in business unit for appropriate adjustment plan, and adjust and provide appropriate market development plan that responses to such product price and cost movement.
9. Update and maintain customer data i.e. account information, demand forecast, etc. in CRM and SCM system to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and trading activities.
10. Be and important touch point to get voice of customers (feedback, enquiry, or complaint from customers / traders / distributors) and liaise with related team to analyse, solve and response to such voice of customers.
11. Conduct customer satisfaction survey to get feedback of products and services quality provided to customers / traders / distributors) and analyse such feedback to address needs and values so as to meet expectations improve satisfaction.
12. Develop and retain good relationship with customers / traders / distributors. Provide assistance when they encounter problems related to the services and products in order to solve the problems in a timely and effective manner.
13. Prepare call reports, sales report and other related documentation in order to keep track of the sales transaction and performance and understand the changing of market situation.
14. Collaborate with sales team among other business units to provide service to common customers.
15. Adhere to all company policies, regulations, orders, ISO, manuals, procedures, and business code of conducts and ensure that they are fully implemented within job function ensure that they are fully implemented within job function.
