Job Summary

• To ensure that the laboratory management system (Quality, Safety, Energy Conservation) is maintained in accordance with related policies, standards, legal and company requirements and are suitable to implement in all laboratory locations.
• To ensure that competency development maintain accordance with T-LB functional competency    related policies, standards, legal and company requirements (Lab Instructor)
• To ensure that laboratory information management systems (LIMs) and Laboratory Technology (LT) are maintained and improved to meet the needs of users' requirements, following related IT policies and IT standards.
• To ensure that the laboratory can accurately price the analysis per test item according to the approved pricing structure from the Financial department, and to establish a service contract with the subsidiary, with approval from the legal team and authorization from the designated signatory as stipulated by MODA.
• To ensure efficient budget management within T-LB, including setting an appropriate and sufficient budget for usage and controlling expenditures according to the budget plan.   
• Manage/coordinate with laboratory operation to provide testing service to external customer including advise QA/QC to achieve accurate results within agreed time and comply with standard
• Consolidate and control CAPEX/OPEX budget within approved budget.
• Plan & support laboratory management system to meet ISO/IEC 17025 requirements/customer need such as LIMS and perform assigned task/project to support T-LB Roadmap

Job Description

1. Implement/maintain and improve laboratory management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, TIS2677, related international standards, laws and regulations including TISI accreditation requirements.
2. Support testing activities to Laboratory Operation Services in PTTGC for overall availability of inventory, LT equipment, LIMS, working environment and facilities meeting the required quality/safety of T-LB and Innovation Including the management of chemicals in accordance with both GC9 and INNO. Consolidate CAPEX&OPEX budget requested for get approval

4. Energy conservation  (T-LB representative / de-carbon / committee , internal and external audit DEDE, Motivate energy project / seek for opp.)

Job Qualification

Education : Bachelor’s Degree / Equivalent (Chemistry / related filed)

Experience

Minimum  Year : At least 5 years in working experience of testing/calibration and familiarization in Quality

Experience in : System especially ISO/IEC 17025 TIS 2677 and ISO 9001
