Job Summary
Assist and support the core team in implementing forestation projects to achieve the organization’s Net Zero Carbon Emission goals. Responsibilities include coordination, data collection, site inspections and reporting, as well as supporting T-VER registration processes for carbon credit certification.
Major Responsibilities
1. Supporting Forestation Planning and Implementation
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to reforestation areas, such as site readiness, land ownership, and ecosystem conditions.
- Coordinate within the team and with relevant agencies to support project planning and execution.
2. Project Monitoring and Management
- Track project progress and collect operational data.
- Prepare progress reports for submission to management.
- Support documentation tasks, such as preparing information for budgets and resource allocation.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with government agencies, private organizations, and local communities to support reforestation efforts.
- Build relationships and foster collaboration with target-area communities.

4. Contractor Management Support
- Inspect quality of contractors’ work such as tree planting and site maintenance.
- Collect information on completed tasks to serve as evidence for approvals.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
5. Supporting T-VER Registration and Carbon Credit Certification
- Prepare documents and information for project registration under T-Ver.
- Coordinate with relevant organizations, such as TGO and carbon credit certification bodies.
6. Monitoring and Reporting
- Collect and compile data on environmental impacts and carbon reduction metrics.
- Assist in preparing project reports for presentation to management and relevant stakeholders.
Education & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or any related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in environmental project management, reforestation or carbon reduction.
Others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other digital tools.
- Strong coordination and data management skills.
- Effective communication skills in both Thai and English (as necessary).
- Flexibility to work and travel to project sites.
