To develop maintenance strategy, work procedure and provide engineeringadvice for Quality Measuring Instruments (QMI) equipment, safety equipment to ensure plant reliability, availability and cost effectiveness andresponsible for maintenance CAPEX to ensure timely and effective execution within area of Olefins 1, 2, 3 and Uitility Plant

Job Description

1. Maintenance Strategy (Set up/review PM program and equipment life cycle , Maintenance Contract Management,CAPEX Management, etc.)

1.1 To set up appropriate preventive maintenance plan for equipment. - Develop instruction/guideline for maintenance work to ensure compliance with law/regulation , International standard and best practice. - Set up preventive maintenance plan (PM) for new equipment from MOC (ER), new project and CAPEX - Review PM program/ long range plan resulted from maintenance data analysis and RCM study. - Provide technical requirement for Turnaround and mini shutdown Project - Perform equipment life cycle study and renewal plan

1.2 CAPEX execution work to ensure timely and effective execution withinarea - Prepare technical requirement for maintenance CAPEX in own area - Evaluate technical BID tabulation. - Perform CAPEX project management , execution and quality control - Technical document control - Contract management

1.3 Develop maintenance best practice alignment for Olefins and Utility Plants to achieve best practice in safety, quality and cost. - Review and develop maintenance best practice from various Olefins and Utility plants to ensure best practice alignment in term of reliability and cost effectiveness

2. Historical Data Analysis and Troubleshooting. - Analyze historical data for reliability improvement in own area. - Coordinate with vendor/supplier to analyze equipment/component complicated failure root cause. - Apply proactive maintenance program or modern maintenance technology to improve reliability of plant equipment

3. Technical support . - Control technical document up to date. - Provide technical support to supvervisor for problem solving. - Coordinate with multi discipline team and relevant parties for problem solving. - Provide technical support for new equipment installation , modification or Major Project to keep consistency with existing equipment in plant. - Participate in HAZOP study, equipment installation,performance test,PSSR ,commissioning and support for plant start up

4. Maintenance Budget Estimation - Collect historical maintenance cost and outsourcing strategy to estimate and propose yearly OPEX budget plan. - Initiate CAPEX budget

5. QSHE Control-Observation - Prepare, review and update work procedure to comply with QSHE regulation/policy and best practice development in the area of responsibility. - Provide supporting data for IMS auditor

6. Personal development - Personal training plan and developing plan in accordance with competency level. - Personal evaluation

7. Other tasks as assigned
