Job Summary

- Monitor and analyze financial performance of non-shared services subsidiaries, associates, and joint venture companies to support business management, including performance improvements

- Identify and propose the implementation of optimization and initiatives for finance-related areas for non-shared services subsidiaries, associates,and joint venture companies

- Work with FNA functions and related parties on financial policies andguidelines, deploy and assess to ensure effective governance within GC group

- Evaluate and make recommendations on board agenda items related to finance and accounting for non-shared services subsidiaries, associates, and joint venture companies

- Coordinate for submission of financial reporting to PTTGC, includingaccounting reporting and budgets

Job Description


Analyze financial performance of non-shared services subsidiaries, associates,and joint venture companies to support business management, including performance improvements

• Review rolling projection for current year’s financial performance

• Identify and analyze key issues

Identify and propose the implementation of optimization and initiatives for finance-related areas for non-shared services subsidiaries, associates, and jointventure companies

• Identify potential optimization and initiatives for finance-related areas

• Analyze and recommends the implementation

Provide the recommendation for board agenda items related to finance and accounting for non-shared services subsidiaries, associates, and joint venture companies

• Review board papers and analyze issues


Job Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics
  • At least 3 years in Finance or Accounting or Economics
