Job Summary

Commercial Strategy Analyst / Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst under Commercial Strategy and Market Development Division, with responsibilities including:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and action plans for business groups and business units that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and overall strategy. Regularly review and adjust strategies and plans to reflect changes in market conditions and business environments.
  2. Conduct research, analysis, and identify marketing opportunities for the organization, business groups, and business units.
  3. Perform assigned duties and responsibilities diligently, while continuously learning and enhancing work capabilities to achieve maximum potential.
  4. Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Description

Carry out a strategic marketing plan and marketing operations plan for business groups and business units to create continuous growth.

  • Determine the preparation of marketing strategy plans and marketing action plans.
  • Driving and developing market segmentation (Market Segmentation) that is consistent with the business nature of the organization.
  • Provide marketing information and prepare marketing analyses. To support organizations, business groups, and business units in determining marketing strategies. and product distribution plans
  • Develop and align the application of marketing analysis tools (Marketing Tools).
  • Promote collaboration between business units (Synergy across BUs). Study, analyze and identify market opportunities for organizations, business groups and business units.
  • Search for relevant information sources in marketing studies and analysis (Information Management).
  • Prepare an analysis of the marketing impact of external factors on the organization, business group, and business group (External Factor).
  • Provide market studies and analysis of the upstream and downstream industries (Market Research and Analysis). Review strategic plans and marketing operations plans to be consistent with the market environment and business situations.
  • Review strategic plans and marketing operations plans.
  • Push for the setting of goals, indicators, measurement and evaluation of the marketing action plan. Always learn and develop the potential in the efficient working process of your own agency and agencies involved in marketing.
  • Seek marketing knowledge and tools to adapt and/or to enhance efficiency in the marketing work process throughout the organization.
  • Create a plan to develop the abilities of personnel of departments involved in marketing throughout the organization according to the guidelines for marketing excellence.
  • Evaluate and report obstacles in following procedures or work processes. Including presenting guidelines for improvement.

Education

ปริญญาตรี /ปริญญาโท ด้านวิศวกรรม วิทยาศาสตร์ การตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ และสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Experience

4-5 ปี ด้านการขาย การตลาด พัฒนาตลาด บริการด้านเทคนิค การวางแผนงาน มีความรู้ หรือเคยทำงานในธุรกิจปิโตรเคมี
