Job Summary

• Acquire crude, condensate and other feedstock for Refinery and Aromatics plants
• Develop crude, condensate and other feedstock procurement strategy (Term/Spot)
• Evaluate and propose price structure, contractual quantity and any other terms and conditions for domestics crude & condensate term extension
• Acquire freight procurement with competitive cost and reliable marine vessel performance
• Manage arrangement of crude & condensate cargo including co-freight to maximize benefit and reduce cost
• Nominate crude loading date and SPM berthing window with SPRC to ensure reliable crude supply to Refinery
• Manage inventory as per optimal target level and required legal reserve
• Explore and develop importing opportunities of new crude, condensate and other feedstock
• Execute price risk management related to crude, condensate and other feedstock
• Perform feedstock contracts administration for approval
• Build database for crude, condensate and other feedstock price and market
• Ensure all related information input in SAP system
• Benchmark and report feedstock purchasing performance with recommendation for improvement

• Assist to acquire freight procurement with competitive cost and reliable marine vessel performance
• Support to manage arrangement of crude and condensate cargo including co-freight to maximize benefit and reduce cost
• Arrange crude and condensate loading nomination to ensure liable crude and condensate supply to Refinery and Aromatic Plants
• Assist to manage inventory as per optimal target level and required legal reserve
• Support to develop importing opportunities of new crude, condensate and other feedstock
• Assist in price risk management related to crude, condensate and other feedstock
• Perform feedstock contracts administration for approval
• Support to build / maintain database for crude, condensate and other feedstock price and market
• Ensure all related information input in SAP system
• Support crude and condensate benchmarking to reflect purchasing performance

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science and any other related fields
• Preferable experience minimum 3 years in refining/petrochemical with a strong background in supply, trading or marketing.
• Preferable experience in contractual and legal matters pertaining to crude, condensate and other feedstock contracts

Experience

Minimum Year - Preferable experience at lest one year in refining/petrochemicalwith a strong background in supply/trading Experience in - Preferable experience in contractual and legal matters pertaining to crude, condensate and other feedstock contracts
