Job Summary

• Optimize and advise on feedstock selection and products sales strategy to develop long-term strategic direction, study and advise economics of new feedstock and long-term products sales and support economics evaluation for long-term projects (PIC/IC/BOD1/BOD2).
• Advise and coach team to develop and implement supply chain strategy to ensure alignment with company strategic goal and COV strategies.
• Lead analysis of business requirement and provide guideline to design supply chain optimization model and provide single information visibility to the entire supply chain network to support agility of decision making in S&OP process.
• Drive changes in business process through supply chain management toolsand provide coaching, applying buy-in strategy, standard work procedure and work instruction and manage raw materials for external production capacity to ensure the achievement of targeted optimizing procurement.
• Develop mitigation strategies for potential disruptions in feedstock supply, logistics, or market shifts.

Job Description

1. Optimize and advise on feedstock selection and products sales strategy to develop long-term strategic direction
2. Advise economics of new feedstock and long-term products sales
3. Support economics evaluation for long-term projects (PIC/IC/BOD1/BOD2) 
4. Develop and implement supply chain strategy to ensure alignment with company strategic goal and COV strategies 
5. Ensure optimization of carbon footprint in supply chain set-up 
6. Lead analysis of business requirement and provide guideline to design supply chain optimization model and provide single information visibility to the entire supply chain network to support agility of decision making in S and OP process 
7. Drive changes in business process through supply chain management tools and provide coaching, applying buy- in strategy, standard work procedure and work instruction 
8. Manage raw materials for external production capacity to ensure the achievement of targeted optimizing procurement Shared accountabilities 
9. Prepare turnaround and shutdown plan and alignment with Polymers production and important logistics facilities.
10. Ensure smooth and effective supply chain optimization by liaising with -Integrated Economics Planning (under COB) -Polymers production 
11. Coordinate with internal and external parties to design, plan, implement, control, monitor and test supply chain software Solution and related system integration
12. Leverage digital solutions, advanced analytics, and visualization platforms to enhance end-to-end supply chain decision-making.
13. Develop mitigation strategies for potential disruptions in feedstock supply, logistics, or market shifts.

Education

Degree : Bachelor’s degree or higher Field - Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Finance preferred degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management

Experience

Minimum Year : At least 5 years Experience in - Relevant fields i.e. Supply chain (commercial, production, planning), business development and/or financial planning. Prefer experience in inventory management and/or transportation/distribution.
