Job Summary

1. Conduct and arrange activities of PTTGC’s subsidiaries and affiliates BOD / AGM meetings in accordance with group standard as assigned, including coordination with internal functions related to run a smooth and effective meeting/activities, preparation of meeting and document, and recording of meeting information with accuracy for reference, as well as Directors nomination / development / assessment process.

2. Process guidance of the subsidiaries and affiliates meeting to ensure the Group standard / activities implemented all internal BU and internationalbusiness

3. Facilitate and handle for the preparation and submission of information to the Stock Exchange of Thailand Securities Depository(TSD),Thai InvestorsAssociation and other related bodies as required by laws and regulation.

Job Description


1. Conduct and arrange activities of PTTGC’s subsidiaries and affiliates meetings in accordance with group standard as assigned, including coordination with internal functions related to run a smooth and effective meeting/activities, prenparation of meeting and document, and recording of meeting information with accuracy for reference, as well as Directors nomination / development / assessment process.

It is achieved by-

• Conduct and arrange the subsidiaries and affiliates' board and shareholders meetings as well as set an agenda base operation of business units and international business as assigned

• Coordinate and work with related parties to collect and prepare meeting document package, including meeting paper, slide presentation and other related information to be ready for dissemination to the directors with accuracy, completeness and timeliness

• Create and complete documentation and report for other departments as assigned

2. Process guidance of the subsidiaries and affiliates meeting to ensure the Group standard / activities implemented all internal BU and international business

It is achieved by-

• Coordinate and involve with related parties to ensure smooth and effective meeting operation

• Follow and monitor the subsidiaries and affiliates meetings plan as well as agenda base to align with PTTGC business direction and strategy

3. Facilitate and handle for the preparation and submission of information tothe Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the Thailand Securities Depository (TSD), Thai Investors Association and other related bodies as required by laws and regulations

It is achieved by-

• Coordinate and involve with related parties to ensure smooth and effective meeting operation

• Be responsible for coordination with SET, TSD and Thai Investors Association and preparation of document and notice to be submitted to SET, TSD and Thai Investors Association

4. Deliver other outputs as assigned on the job
