Job Summary

1. Achieve sales and profit as company target
2. Coordinate with sales team to process new order transactions
3. Set up customer accounts for order processing 
4. Manage shipment scheduling, shipping documents and payment monitoring   
5. Record price adjustment, price reconciliation and commission 
6. Handle product recalls/complaints and respond to customer 
7. Update sales forecast for demand planning
8. Being cost controller of selling price and other expenses in the department 
9. Build sustainable relationship and trust with customers through open and interactive communication  
10. Co-ordinate with internal department to solve any related issue

Job Description

Position:Senior Sales and Marketing  Representative 

Achieve sales target quantity and maximize profit for both domestic and export market 
1. Calculate price and allocate volume to each customer 
2. Provide price offer and process the order 
3. Follow up with customer regularly to achieve target volume 
4. Explore new customers, applications and/or business opportunities 
Develop new business opportunities to extend market coverage and enhance sustainable growth 
1. Make regular sales call/visits to key customers to develop professional relationship and understand customer expectations and needs 
2. Attend business conference/seminar to extend networking with industrial players 
3. Pro-actively aware on market activities, industry trends, service needs, intelligence on competitors movement 
4. Generate sales leads that develop into new customers 
Manage costing related to sales transactions 
1. Search for market price and competitor activities 
2. Understand trend of feedstock prices and other factors that may impact the selling cost 
3. Maximize selling price based on target price and feedback to team on its competitiveness at your designated region/destination 
Manage distributor/agent to meet company’s target 
1. Select suitable distributors/agents to expand market channel where company has limited access 
2. Set up sales target/comission criteria 
3. Evaluate distributor/agent’s performance 
Ensure reliable products and service to meet customer’s satisfaction 
1. Receive customer’s feedback on our product and service quality in order to continuously improve our product and service level 
2. Arrange customer visit schedule as plan and prepare summary report on each visit 
3. Collaborate in customer’s satisfaction survey and involve in analysing customer’s insight 
4. Receive complaints from customers and send to related party for further investigation as well as respond back to customer within the timeline Collaborate with other departments to meet company’s target 
1. Prepare sales forecast and collaborate with planning and logistics team on supplyavailability and inventory 
2. Share with SHEQ team on customer requirement related to product quality/technial questions 
Set up KPI and prepare sales budget 
1. Set challenging invidual KPI to support the growth of business 
2. Prepare sales budget and action plan to ensure sales quantity meet budget 
Complaince to company’s policy, safety and quality standards 
1. Understand and follow company’s policy

Job Qualification

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business Administration

Experience

-  At least 6 years working experience in related field

-  Proven work experience in sales, marketing or business development
