Job Summary
Responsible for managing qualitative and quantitative research techniques (primary and secondary research), competitive intelligence, and assisting the Digital Project Lead to determine new digital trends and directions
Job Description
• Perform quantitative and qualitative market research including key trends, op portunity sizing, competitor landscape, and industry key success factors to hel p inform direction for digital strategy
• Support Digital Project Lead in determining digital roadmap and provide suppo rt in future planning
• Support Digital Project Lead in cascading digital strategy and directions to BUs
• Perform business analysis and reporting for assigned projects and assigned st rategic issues
• Develop internal assessments through interviews with internal subject matter experts to determine current issues and/or opportunities for improvement
• Support and drive deliverables pertaining to annual operating planning and st rategic workforce planning for the Digital Transformation team
• Ensure quality control of data/research and preparing presentation materials for senior management
• Hold custodian of the digital governance process, including budgeting review, tracking and reporting

Job Qualification
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields
• Master’s in business-related fields a plus Success Profile-Knowledge
Experience
Minimum Year 3-7 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Research, Competitive Intelligence, and / or Performance Measurement Experience in
• Strong enthusiasm and/or knowledge on digital trends and development
• Advanced problem-solving and communication skills
• Deep understanding of primary and secondary research techniques
• Prior experience managing intelligence gathering and benchmarking functions
• Data analytic skills with prior experience in handling large complex data sets
• Ability to balance the information gathering and stakeholder management aspects of strategic business analysis
