Job Summary

• Formulate and revisit GC circular economy strategy and roadmap

• Manage and monitor the achievement of CE goal, KPIs, risks and end-to-end value chain performance

• Explore, identitfy, and develop CE business and operating model to improve the competitiveness and support the business growth pipeline

• Collaborating and interacting with internal and external stakeholderson circular economy related topics

• Identify the opportunities and set improvement goals. to follow the steps as a project manager and to implement actions if necessary.

Job Description

1. Study, collect, analyze strategic information in order to formulate t he short-medium-long teram circular strategy in order to turn to business.

2. Monitor and analyze the achievement of CE performance and KPIs

3. Colaborate to all related party to collect performance information (such as growth project, actual production, sale and etc.) for each BUs in order to analyze Bio and Circuraity business performance

4. Monitor and analyze the achievement of CE performance and KPIs.

5. Prepare SDC, STS, GCS, or Board paper to report the achievement of CE performance and KPIs by regular basis.

6. Study, Initate, plan, and monitor CE business and operating model to ensure align and achive of the business objectives

7. Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop and align strategy, initative, action plan including sales, marketing, planning, CSR, PR, etc. to algin the strategies with business objectives and drive growth

8. Stay informed about circular economy, sustaianablity in the industry to sssess impacts and ensure proper action taken in responding to external factors (policy, technology, etc.)

9. Monitor budgets allocated for CE activities, ensuring effective and efficienct allocations of resources.

10. Support the CE standards such as T-VER, CE Standard, สมอ. etc.

11. Support corporate information upon request to internal functions and external parties

12. Participate strategic study with/without consultant and related parties suchas waste profile, landfill and related CE Business

13. Participate and support information for strategic alignment.

14. Support additional assignments.
