Job Description

1. Monitor and analyze daily and weekly Profit & Loss (P&L) of trading activities and prepare regular reports for management and relevant committees.
2. Perform Value at Risk (VaR) analysis and other risk assessments to evaluate trading exposure and potential financial impact.
3. Support monitoring of trading positions, loss thresholds, and stop-loss limits to ensure compliance with approved risk parameters.
4. Identify unusual trading performance, loss trends, or risk exposure issues, and escalate key observations to supervisors in a timely manner.
5. Support the execution and tracking of risk mitigation actions to ensure losses are controlled and risk exposure is minimized.
6. Prepare risk reports, analysis summaries, and supporting documents for the Trading Business Management Committee and relevant stakeholders.
7. Maintain accurate records, reporting files, and audit trails covering trading activities, risk analysis, and governance actions.
8. Support review and refinement of trading risk management criteria, methodologies, and reporting processes to improve control effectiveness.
9. Coordinate with trading, finance, and related internal teams to gather required data and ensure completeness and accuracy of risk reporting.
10. Ensure assigned activities are performed in compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
