Job Description

• Collaborate with GC corporate strategy, International Business Units to develop, align and deploy international business direction/strategy, ensuring a strong understanding of the external environment to inform strategic choices
• Maintain global dataset to enable effective decision-making; develop evidence-based recommendations and facilitate discussions at leadership level for decision making about the international strategy and relations.
• Provide support and ensure compliance (e.g., guidance/approvals for strategy, budget, projects, appointments) and drive checks and balances in strategic decision making to manage subsidiaries according to GC way of conduct for subsidiary governance
• Build strong relationship and explore new areas of interests to collaborate and initiate new projects or synergy for growth
• Monitor performance and reporting to executives in accordance with International business's goals and objectives

Job Qualification

• Education: Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in the field of Chemistry, Engineering, Science, Finance, Legal or equivalent fields
• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years experience in Petroleum, Petrochemical, Corporate & strategy planning, Finance, Portfolio & subsidiary management, Business development or related fields
• Good communication and coordinating skills with growth mindset.
