Job Summary

Responsible for providing day‑to‑day customer service support, coordinating sales-related operations, and ensuring accurate and timely handling of orders, delivery, and customer communication. The role supports sales teams in maintaining customer satisfaction through effective operational coordination.

Job Description

  • Coordinate with sales teams to support order management for international markets (Export / Trading), delivery scheduling, and customer inquiries.
  • Plan and manage logistics to achieve the target and meet customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer purchase orders and ensure data accuracy across internal operating systems.
  • Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and payment follow-up with sales team.
  • Assist in reviewing sales-related documents, contracts, and regulations to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare operational reports, customer service updates, and required documentation.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, and service partners to support ongoing business operations.
  • Handle customer complaints or operational issues and escalate to relevant teams for resolution.
  • Support administrative tasks and ensure accurate filing and record management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant government regulations.

Job Qualification

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales support processes, order management, and customer service.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage routine operations efficiently.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or related operational roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing, chemicals/plastics, FMCG, or trading industries is an advantage.
