Job Summary
Perform all compliance matters and develop corporate compliance program ie drafting manual and check list , including performing analyses business including law rule and regulation that the business activities of the company and the group both international and national has to comply
Develop, set up monitoring, conducting and providing Corporate compliance tools to ensure that business comply with external and internal law, rules and regulations.
To minimize the medium and low compliance risk exposure and expenses for the group’s best interests both international and national
Process all of disseminate compliance information or knowledge to all of company and the group both international and national regarding external andinternal law rule and regulation.

Job Description
1. Ensure that business transactions of company and the group both international and national shall be comply with external and internal law, rules and regulation. • Follow up, update and monitoring external and internal law, rules and regulation both external and internal which impact to business of company and the group both international and national • Analyze and execute compliance cases and assist Corporate Compliance manager to find strategies and solve problems in terms of compliance matters • Provide efficient and sufficient Compliance support , compliance services,and suggestion to related parties • Inform and consult with Compliance manager to achieve work assigned • Perform special projects as assigned
2. Provide efficient and correct , compliance standard and tools in line with plan and strategy set up or assigned by compliance manager • Follow up all business of company and the group both international and national • Meeting with the business person to understand work process • Analyze law rule and regulation which impact to the business • Discuss with Compliance manager on case by case basis to set up a well and strategic compliance standard and tools which appropriate to allow the business to work efficiently and comply to law rule and regulation at the same time • Drafting Corporate compliance Standard or tools ie. Manual or check list for reviewing and approved by corporate compliance manager • Obtain users’ feedback and comment on the difficulties in order to revise and improve the compliance standard or compliance tools
3. Ensure that all important legal documents, including those that require registration, those of Board’s resolution and any authorized documents of the group members, are accurately processed in compliance with Law rules and regulation both internal and external • Monitor all major business which has or process a corporate registration documents and company power of attorney or proxy and ensure that they are keep in an compliance manner • Coordinate with legal department in reviewing all work process of filing a corporate registration document are comply to laws, rules and regulations • Report all compliance matter regarding such registration matter to corporate compliance manager
4. Develop and update the compliance tools ie. compliance manual or compliance check list are sufficiently to be a best practice to follow by the business unit to work efficiency and comply to laws, rules and regulations • Follow and discuss with corporate compliance manager to develop the compliance tools • Analyze and synthesize the business process and transaction • Coordinate with business in drafting a best practice or work process • Monitoring such best practice or work process by issuing monitoring tools iequestionnaire that allow business to reply and see how work efficiency by practice
5. Ensure that all litigations and arbitrations of company and the group areexecuted in a lawful and most efficiently manner enhancing optimum benefit to the group • Investigate and meet with all relevant parties related to the case especially legal department • Analyze the case and relevant law , rule and regulation • Coordinate, monitor and bring the case to be a lesson and learn to set up best practice for work process • to prevent repeat litigation or arbitration in the same case
6. Organize, provide compliance training or km or other type of disseminate information in the course which be able to build awareness and encourage all employee to understand laws, rules and regulation which impact to its business • Identify and analyse facts in transactions to model the structures of how to disseminate compliance information, or to obtain the alternatives which reduce costs and expenses but efficiency

7. Ensure that there is an effectiveness compliance tools implement for monitoring in major business of Company and the Group to comply with law rules and regulations as required by work process ie compliance report • Review major business ie. M and A and foreign trade and investment • Develop work processes or best practice to ensure timely and appropriate responses and well explanation to the business unit to comply with the law rule and regulations • Analyze internal performance reporting and present results to Corporate Compliance Manager • Prepare the compliance report and submit to Corporate Compliance manager to review and approve
8. Providing an effective and correct compliance advice or recommendation and compliance opinion to solve compliance issue rega rding how to have a best practice to comply with law rule and regulation • Meeting with Corporate Compliance Manager or business unit to find out details and information compliance problem • Analyze the problem and information including related law rules and regulations • Issue advices or recommendation to solve compliance issue and set up best practice initiated by Corporate Compliance manager or VP • Monitoring by issues compliance tools such as compliance questionnaire to ensure that such problem • or compliance issue is not repeated within the Company and the Group
9. Provide other performance as assigned by Corporate Compliance manager from time to time • Perform and Report compliance matter on case by case basis to Corporate Compliance Division and Vice President of Company Secretary • Perform other task assigned by Corporate Compliance Division Manager
