Job Description

• Market Analysis: Analyze market situations and factors impacting sales and product pricing within the biochemicals sector.
• Product Distribution: Execute distribution tasks to ensure products are delivered as planned and meet sales objectives.
• Profit Margin Management: Manage profit margins of sales in accordance with departmental policies.
• Sales and Marketing Plans: Develop and prepare sales and marketing plans for assigned biochemicals products.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure that product delivery aligns with the established plans.
• Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with clients and respond effectively to their needs.
• Market Monitoring: Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Performance Tracking: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, FSSC 22000 (GMP & HACCP), HALAL, RSPO, and ISCC standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience
