Job Summary
• Coordinate and work with FNA functions in determining FNA system, processes and Procedure to ensure effectiveness and efficiency for continuous improvement
• Coordinate and work with IT and related FNA functions in managing, improving, enhancing and solving issues on ERP system to support changes and/or new business requirements.
• For newly established company, work with process owner to design FNAprocess workflow, work with IT and related parties to get requirements, assessnew or custom finance and accounting applications, and implement the application/ ERP system/ rollout.
• For assigned project, closely monitor progress, able to identify issues, and report to PMO to enable process workflow improvement and ERP implementation
• Act as FNA shared service representative and collaborate with FNA functions to define service scopes and align FNA’s service level agreement (SLA).
• Perform with FNA shared service functions to establish and improve quality and effectiveness of FNA shared services throughout the end-to-end process to ensure SLA compliance for all of FNA services provided to customers including track and monitor shared service KPIs
Job Description
1. Coordinate and work with FNA functions in determining FNA system, processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency for continuous improvement-
- Work with FNA functions to enhance effectiveness and lean work process
- Assist senior staffs in implementation of standardized process, practice, and facilitate to solve functional issues.
2. Coordinate and work with IT and related FNA functions in improving, enhancing and solving issues on ERP system to support changes and/or new business requirements-
- Work with process owner and IT to understand business requirement, identify relevant system/IT issues and propose solution
- Work with IT and the process owner to manage the project
- Monitor the completeness of implementation
3. For newly established company, work with process owner to design FNA process workflow and work with IT and related parties to get requirements, assess new or custom finance and accounting applications, and implement the application/ ERP system/rollout-
- Understand business requirement
- Work with relevant FNA functions to design effective process workflow and procedure to fit business requirement
- Monitor following-up and effectiveness of designed process workflow
4. For assigned project, closely monitor progress, able to identify issues, and report to PMO to enable process workflow improvement and ERP implementation with quality, quantity, and timeliness in-
- supporting process workflow and ERP implementation

- developing project plan and working cross functionally to execute on desired goal in digital experience
5. Act as FNA shared service representative and collaborate with FNA functions to define service scopes and align FNA’s service level agreement (SLA)
6. Perform with FNA shared service functions to establish and improve quality and effectiveness of FNA shared services throughout the end-to-end process to ensure SLA compliance for all of FNA services provided to customers including track and monitor shared service KPIs
- Review shared service goal to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and policy
- Monitor shared service performance based on SLA and key performance indicators(KPIs)
- Discuss to get feedback from customers to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of FNA shared service operations
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Management information system (MIS)
Experience
At least 1-3 years working in experience in accounting/Finance, preferable experience in MIS SAP application background is an advantage
