Job Summary

• Responsible for conducting Managerial Accounting for Business Unit.

• Follow up on finance and accounting aspects of international businessfor consolidation efficiency.

• Monitor external and internal economic and financial events for planning and risk management purposes.

• Analyze, support, and gather financial and accounting information forvarious uses within the unit.

• Coordinate, prepare reports and analyze the financial performance of international business and provide improvement recommendations for management and the Board of Directors.

• Collect data and prepare budget utilization report for both OPEX and CAPEX planning.

• Gather and review information or data from international entities to prepare the annual budget based on Share Service Level Agreement.

Job Description


•To ensure financial performance of Business Unit and/or Companies under responsibility presented in accordance with general accounting standard principle (GAAP)

•To coordinate with sales persons, production planning, operation, finance, accounting and/or other relevant functions to gather necessary information (operatingrate, prouction costs, OPEX, utilization and etc.) to review prepared financial and accounting analysis report for managements, Audit Committee and/or the Board of Directors’ information and/or approval, include but not limited to

•Summary and analysis of the company’s annual budget (covering operation expenditure (OPEX), capital expenditure (CAPEX), and financial performance) Summary and analysis of actual financial performance against plan/target and MoM, QoQ, or YoY

•oSummary and analysis of actual financial performance against plan/target and MoM, QoQ, or YoY

•Summary and analysis of short term (1-year) forecasted financial performance against plan/target and MoM, QoQ, or YoY

•Analysis of economic and financial trends/factors which might affect the company’s performance so that management team are able to anticipate and manage risks appropriately

•To review documents for BOD approval concerning other financial and accounting issues such as dividend payment, engagement of auditor, and/or loan approval.

•To monitor and control the company’s budget utilization status, also provide suggestion in regard to this, with the guideline from PTTGC Group budget policy

•To monitor and control financial and accounting transactions occurring among the group companies to be in line with PTTGC Group and Shared Service Policy

•To perform and review study or give an advice concerning financial and accounting issues in the event of changes in business/ financial / tax structure and/or accounting standards or regulation, perhaps by coordinating with internal functions or seeking advice from external expertise to determine the company’s impact and recommendation based on overall group benefit

•To develop team’s abilities and motivate teamwork spirit

•To perform other assigned works

Education

Bachelor degree in Business administration / Finance and accounting / Economic

Experience

• Experience in Business planning / Accounting and Finance 1-5 Years
• Can Use English fluently
