Major Responsibilities
• Study and update changes in accounting standards and related regulations to evaluate potential impacts, suggest alternatives, plan and execute to achieve implementation of new accounting standards
- Understand new knowledge, TFRS, change of accounting standard and related regulation
- Study and propose impact of new standard and related regulation effect to corporate and subsidiaries
- Collaborate with FNA functions to assess impacts and implement new accounting standards
- Conduct communicating new accounting standard or related regulation policy to all FNA functions
• Work with FNA functions and related parties on accounting policies and guidelines, deploy and monitor to ensure effective governance within GC group
- Work with FNA functions and related parties to deploy, control and monitor FNA practices across the group of companies to ensure an alignment and compliancewith the established FNA governance
- Work with team to ensure that accounting policy are aligned among GC group and plan to close those gaps
• Work with FNA functions and related parties to establish and maintain regulations, rules and MODA in accounting perspective, and monitor to ensure standardization and alignment of GC & Shared Service subsidiaries
- Work with FNA functions to develop and maintain FNA Policy and relevant FNA governance documents
- Work with FNA policies and standards are aligned with the updated regulations and accounting standards
• Coordinate with related functions to address issues on the matters of accounting policies, standards and practices
- Coordinate with related functions to identify issues, impact, pros & cons to ensure all issues are solved
• Maintain accounting knowledge management and share leading practices with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum Year: At least 2-3 years working experience in related fields (International experience is a plus)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or higher
